ForestWorks activities are carried out by a team of staff comprising of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Branch Managers in New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria, an Operations Manager, a Financial Manager, Project Managers, Project Officers and Administrative Support.
ForestWorks has branches in Victoria, NSW and Tasmania and industry committees in each of those states that provide direction to the State Managers, Project Managers and Officers to carry out various components of projects. All with the aim of delivering measurable outcomes to funding agencies. This ensures that Forestworks delivers what industry needs nationally but also locally at a state level.
