Our structure

ForestWorks has a three tiered governance structure:

Board of Directors

The ForestWorks Board consists of six people elected by ForestWorks members to focus on corporate governance, company policies, finance and general management including the SEC. More>>

Company Members

ForestWorks Membership representing industry organisations that support skill development and training objectives for the industry. This group reviews the annual report of the company, determines Company Director nominations and elections and nominates industry experts to sit on the Skills and Employment Council. More>>

Skills and Employment Council

The Skills and Employment Council (SEC) membership is determined through nomination by company members. This group meets three times a year to determine industry policy on training, assessment and skills development matters. The SEC is able to establish working parties and oversees skill and training initiatives as agreed to in the Strategic Plan. More>>
