There are great ways
Skills Connect can help your enterprise

National Workforce Development Fund

Upskill your existing workforce and train new workers with support from the National Workforce Development Fund (NWDF).

 ..

The Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) Program

Ensure the foundation skills of your workers are not holding them (or your enterprise) back.
The Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) Program can help your workers improve their communication, team-work, literacy and numeracy skills so your workplace can work at its most productive.

Australian Apprenticeships Mentoring Program

Employing an apprentice is a smart business decision. The Australian Apprenticeships Mentoring Program provides your apprentices with mentoring and support to assist them to successfully complete their apprenticeship and be qualified for work.

..

Accelerated Australian Apprenticeships Initiative

Encourage your apprentices to advance through their training on a competency basis rather than on the traditional ‘time served’ basis with Accelerated Australian Apprenticeships Initiative.
This program helps you to have qualified workers in time for when you need them.

Investing in Experience (Skills Recognition and Training)

Experienced workers are essential for your business.  The Investing in Experience (Skills Recognition and Training) program helps workers aged 50 years and over to have their current competencies formally recognised and receive training where necessary to obtain a national qualification at Certificate III level to Advanced Diploma level.

This funding is available for employers of workers aged 50 years and over under an Award or Certified Agreement. It’s also available for small business owners, including sole traders, who are aged 50 years and over.
